Job Description
TypeMaster is a leader in European OEM market providing a solution that covers the complete homologation process for automotive companies. It allows our customers to generate and support entire documents suite required for approvals in different authorities and technical services.
Customers: most of the largest automotive companies in Germany and Europe
Used technologies are: Jave EE, EJB, CDI, JSF, Jenkins, Oracle, Postgre, MS SQL, XML, XSLT, SOAP
Process: Agile process - SCRUM with modifications.
Responsibilities:
- Build excellent product knowledge (TypeMaster Suite, specially DOC module)
- Direct communication with end customers, understanding their requirements and needs.
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to the customer on daily basis.
- Help the customers to achieve their goal by implementing changes on their production environments for document generation.
- Close collaboration with consultant team and product development team
- Excellent Documentation skills (ex: detailed Tickets in JIRA, Confluence pages)
Job requirements
Required skills:
- English >= Upper Intermediate
- Good communication skills, ability and desire to work in a team
- Experience working with end customers
- Technical skills:
-SQL/PL-SQL know how
-Visual Basic, Excel Macro
-XML
Nice to have:
- Deutsch
- Experience in automotive industry
