Your tasks

​​​​​​​Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern / flexikant (m/f/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

 

  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize team events, calls, workshops, hackathons, and more

  • Promoting HR IT initiatives: Develop creative ideas to enhance the visibility and reputation of the HR IT department by promoting projects and initiatives across the organization

  • Project Ownership: Take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute your own ideas to improve processes and drive efficiency

  • Project Support: Assist in managing and tracking ongoing HR IT projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide flexible support in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Your Profile

​​​​​​​You are studying Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or a comparable degree program or are in your gap year. In addition you have the following knowledge and skills:

 

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating uncertain and evolving circumstances

  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and apply them effectively

  • Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, contribute innovative ideas, and anticipate team needs

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Problem-Solving: A solution-focused approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Creativity: Think outside the box to find innovative solutions and new approaches
