Product Strategy: Define and execute the overarching product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing product team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are aligned with user needs and market trends.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage data, user feedback, and market insights to drive product innovation and deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Execution Excellence: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business priorities.
Profil
You have completed a degree with focus on Product Management or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of technical product development. Extensive relevant experience, including outside the telecommunications industry is a must.
8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably as a Director or VP of Product).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing product teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic Thinking: Strong track record of developing and executing long-term product strategies that drive business outcomes.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute on high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
